Conversation don't following the workflow

When I show interest on "selling" in the first message, I expected the node to extract that interest is on selling and move through the condition "User said interested on selling" and continue. But the conversation gets stuck there and the model keeps just chatting.
I'm spending all credits trying to make it work and it's not doing what is expected. I don't know if I configure something wrong...
