Problem with HIPPA

I've been trying to contact Vapi for almost a week because they won't let me deactivate the Hippa Complaience feature on my account and request a refund, and they're not responding. They also just charged us again for the Hippa feature, which we can't remove. Our account is blocked at -983 credits! We need help, please. This is really frustrating us.
