Hippa compliance question

Good afternoon,

I wanted to check in and see if how HIPPA compliance works when it comes to creating of voice agents for Medical businesses.

Also another questions is when I create an agent it seems like I can just turn on HIPPA compliance for free, but then in Add Ons I see it for 1000 per month.

To enable HIPAA compliance for medical voice agents in Vapi, you must activate the HIPAA add-on ($1,000/month) in your plan. Enabling HIPAA compliance ensures no call logs, recordings, or transcriptions are stored, meeting healthcare privacy requirements.

To configure, set:

IS 1000 a month only for one voice agent or i can do it for multiple?

Once you activate it, it will be active for the entire organization, allowing as many assistants as you have.
