Matching user given input vs the one on file
Am trying to do a proper match for a user given input (let's say zipcode) vs the one I have on file. The data I have on file is going to be a static value for now but the user given value is going to be dynamic. I just have to match these two and if it matches, it should move forward. Am using 4o cluster but even with multiple prompt variations etc..., am not able to get it working. Any ideas on how to do this?
