We are developing a HIPAA-compliant application and are using your
listenUrl and controlUrl functionality to forward calls to a human agent when requested.
We are facing a critical issue. When we send a control payload to our controlUrl to forward the call, we receive a "Forward Successful" log message from Vapi. However, instead of transferring, the call ends for all participants immediately.
Our expected behavior is a seamless transfer to the new phone number. The current behavior disconnects the patient, which is a major issue for our use case.
Could you please investigate why a successfully acknowledged forward command would result in the call terminating? We can provide specific callIds and the exact control payload upon request.
