Call logs, transcript, and recordings not being saved despite artifactPlan enabled

Hello team, We are experiencing an issue with call ID 275a8d53-9cd9-4f52-832b-dd67e63e1d56. Although we have explicitly set artifactPlan to true for recording, transcript, and call logs, nothing is being saved or displayed in the console. -Background Initially, HIPAA Compliance was enabled at the assistant definition level. As requirements changed, we disabled HIPAA Compliance and enabled Audio Recording. However, no call logs appeared in the console. To address this, we explicitly specified artifactPlan when starting the outbound call via API. The issue persists — recordings, transcripts, and call logs are still missing. -Urgency This must be resolved before September 1st, otherwise it will cause a business impact. Could you please investigate why artifacts are not being saved even with artifactPlan explicitly set, and advise on how to ensure recordings, transcripts, and call logs are properly stored?

Hey! To help track down this issue, could you share: - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!
