identity issue

I’m currently locked out of my account due to an issue with identity verification. I’ve attempted the process multiple times, but it keeps getting stuck during processing and never completes. This has left me unable to access my Vapi account, which I rely on for ongoing projects. Please look into this issue and advise on how I can regain access as soon as possible.
