Urgent Please Help

I have a Twilio phone number that I previously imported into another account. Unfortunately, I’ve lost access to that account. Now, when I try to import the same number into my new account, I receive the error: “This number was already in another org.” Could you please help me recover and reassign this number to my active account? Thank you for your support.

Hi Jhon Smith, You can resolve this issue by releasing the Twilio number from the previous organization. Since you’ve lost access to the old account, follow these steps: 1. Confirm the Twilio Account SID and the phone number you want to transfer. 2. Provide any known details of the old organization, like the email ID associated, to verify ownership. 3. Contact our support with this information to manually unlink the number from the previous organization. Once this is verified and processed, you can import your Twilio number into your new account with Vapi.
