Structured Outputs 404 Error, Vapi Support then removed Structured Outputs

I reached out last week because my structured outputs tab was returning with a 404 error. Then some vapi support agent named King said he fixed the issue when all he did was REMOVE structured outputs from my dashboard. When I told the agent that wasn't my problem he stopped replying.
WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS VERY SIMPLE ISSUE?
