Having trouble with call fowarding/transfering
I'm not exactly sure what the problem is, but for some reason I cannot get my AI to hand off all. And I've tried my real number, I've tried a Google Voice number, I've tried Twilio forwarding.

Could you please provide a call id where the transfer was unsuccessful?

The transfer tool was not called, which is pointing to a prompt issue. Please move the instruction for the say request to the
request-start message of the transfer tool. Instead of instructing the assistant to speak first then use transfer tool, change it to just use transfer tool. When you have the message embedded in the transfer tool request-start message, it will play the message while calling the tool, making for a more efficient flow for the assistant to understand.
