Veriff asking for government ID again

I logged in, provided my ID and selfie which was accepted, but as soon as I tried to log in again, it asked for verification again. I provided it again, but the same thing happened. It has become an endless loop, where I cannot login. Can this be fixed please so I can access my account My email: cbsdjfhbcvfdxcz@outlook.com

But I'm confused as to why I got this alert, if my account apparently doesn't exist Could a VPN cause this? I turned that off now, just in case @Vapi Team I have been exceptionally patient, yet my issue has not be resolved. I have already lost a client because I could not access my account and demo an agent I made, so I need this fixed asap please.
