identification process - does not work!!!

I kindly ask for your assistance. The newly created account for my client is currently not usable because the identity verification process is not working.
We are located in Austria. During the identification process, the procedure gets stuck. Despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to complete it successfully.
To verify the issue, I also created an account for myself – with the same result: The identification process stalls, even though both the ID and photo uploads are marked as successfully completed by the system. After that step, nothing happens – even after waiting more than 30 minutes and longer! In my screenshot you will find my trial account not the account from my customer.
