AI does not process Phone Number correct

@Vapi This phone call went very bad for the customer, can we please have insight as to why the AI does not process the Phone Number correctly as it was provided by the customer pretty clearly the first time.

For context: customer rings looking for his sunglasses. AI is instruction to collect Phone and Name to organise a Call Back.

What went wrong - At 00:27 customer provides phone number clearly but then AI did not process it properly. AI asks customer to repeat it a number of times. Then, at 01:51 after AI has asked for a Name and customer provided a Name, the AI asks to "clarify their query".

What should have happened - AI collects phone number and stores in. AI collects name and stores it. It should not ask customer to repeat their query as it should already know the reason for call.
