Phone number not found
Hi VAPI Support,
I’ve set up a SIP trunk and added my phone number. When I call the number through my GSM line (connected via GOIP and Asterisk), the call reaches VAPI, but I hear the message: “Phone number not found.”
Everything seems to be configured properly on my side, but the assistant doesn’t start, and the call gets terminated.
Could you please help me understand why this happens or what I might be missing in the configuration?
