ZADARMA SIP FAILED

We’re trying to integrate Zadarma PBX (pbx.zadarma.com) with VAPI for a hotel reception system currently in production. SIP extension and virtual number are fully configured and forwarding to @sip.vapi.ai. IPs are whitelisted on both sides. Backend system is fully functional.

What we’ve done:

✅ Followed Zadarma integration docs

✅ SIP forwarding works from Zadarma

✅ API requests sent with proper credentials

✅ Tried both sip.zadarma.com & pbx.zadarma.com

✅ Tested with/without SIP registration

✅ Correct extension format used (153150-108)

✅ All required IPs unblocked

Errors:

Couldn't validate SIP trunk credential

credentialId must be a UUID (on phone number creation)

Problem:
Zadarma had to temporarily block VAPI IPs due to failed connection attempts. They confirmed config is correct. Still, SIP trunk fails to validate no matter what we try.

This is not an isolated case:
Multiple devs on forums and Discord report identical Zadarma issues. Seems like a broader compatibility problem.

This is urgent. We are blocked from launching for a paying hotel client. Please help us resolve this ASAP.
