No analysis generated after the call

I observed that the summary and success evaluation were not generated for the call ID 8cb5d8c0-2e62-4801-b7bf-8a3dbf003f86.

Here are additional observations in case they help:

I do not see any errors in the call logs.
The 'end of call' report does not contain the analysis either.
The number of tokens consumed for analysis is zero.

These 3 points lead me to believe that Vapi never initiated the analysis.
