July was a very slow month for us, and even then, we closed with: - Total Call Minutes: 44,911 minutes - Number of Calls: 54,183 - Total Spent: $3,965.84 - Average Cost per Call: $0.07 Just a heads-up: we're currently operating with only 1 digital bank in Brazil, but we're scaling up to 2 more, for a total of 3 active banking clients. Our short-term goal is to triple these numbers as we onboard the new operations. About concurrency: We're currently hitting ~40 simultaneous calls during peak times and have already maxed out our limit a few times (we’ve received email alerts about it). I forwarded your enterprise request to my product manager and your account manager as well. They both will be looking into it. To be transparent, they will look at your LinkedIn profile, your spending history, and the potential you're projecting, and then they'll get back to me, and then I'll forward their response to you. If you could share your projected numbers (which I previously asked), it will be helpful for me to prioritize and forward your case.

This is not a forecast — it’s a pipeline in motion. I speak on behalf of MB Finance, a company currently operating directly with C6 Bank, responsible for opening and managing over 140,000 business accounts (PJ) across Brazil. Beyond account opening, we maintain an active relationship with our client base: product activation, customer support, and ongoing account management — all driven by technology and scale. We’ve also developed our own platform, Fomenta Mais, a national credit hub for financial product distribution. We’re integrated with several institutions and currently expanding to two additional digital banks with operations already contracted. In parallel, we’ve just launched a new project with Mediquo, in the telemedicine space, where voice automation will be used for onboarding, triage, and ongoing patient interaction. Our voice-based outreach model has attracted strong interest from other players in the Brazilian financial sector, who are now approaching us to replicate the same structure — which will likely accelerate our volume even further.
