I cannot access my VAPI accounts due to the Veriff not working. tried it 4 times in a row
tried on 3 separate days on 2 different accounts. always says fine on the Veriff side, then the VAPI side stays spinning forever. Only my partner can get into out accounts and he does NOT know how to make the changes required. I thought it would just work a few days later. Please HELP?!
