Assistant says numbers incorrectly

@Vapi Assistant says numbers incorrectly at times when these are clearly spelt as words in the KB.

On this call, Assistant sounds glitchy.

Voice formatting converts numbers into digit-by-digit spoken format by default.

Disable it (formatPlan.enabled = false) to let the assistant read numbers naturally.

Or raise the numberToDigitsCutoff to spell larger numbers as words.

For guaranteed control, enable SSML and use <say-as> tags.

Enabling SSML parsing, disabling formatPlan, and using <say-as interpret-as="cardinal">150000</say-as> to ensure numbers are read as full words..
