URGENT: Account Credits Error Blocking All Calls
Hi team,
Our account credit was incorrectly reduced, and we’re now completely blocked from making outbound calls - despite having plenty of minutes available this month.
This is severely impacting our business. Please fix the credit issue so we can resume calling.
