Parallel booking in Google Calendar
Hi everyone,
I'd like to ask for your help with the following issue:
I've created a scenario in Make.com using the VAPI – Google Calendar tools (availability checker and create event). I've also set up a module to list events from Google Calendar. While the scenario runs successfully (everything shows green) and it correctly retrieves events that contain the word "operation" (surgery) in the title or description, unfortunately, VAPI doesn't seem to interpret this properly.
Because of this, I can't configure the system to allow bookings for any day and within the first 15 minutes of any event that contains the word "operation" in the title or description – and to allow parallel bookings during that time.
Has anyone experienced something similar with parallel bookings or a workaround for this kind of filtering/availability logic?
