URGENT: Stuck in Identity Verification – Cannot Access Account

Hi Vapi Support Team,

I urgently need your help. I am currently locked out of my account due to the identity verification step. The screen says “Verifying Your Identity...” and has been stuck for quite some time. I uploaded all required documents, but the process does not complete.

This is very time-sensitive as we are in the middle of an enterprise deployment.

Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
