Stuck identity verification
My account is locked and stuck on the "Verifying Your Identity..." screen. I've already uploaded the necessary documents, but the process won't complete. We're in the middle of a critical enterprise deployment, and this is a time-sensitive issue.
Please help me resolve this as soon as possible.
We're having a meeting with a big client in 2 hours !!

same issue. multiple attempts to log in on separate days. the login process stalls on "We are processing your uploaded documents to verify your identity. This can take 1 to 3 minutes. ... " after I've submitted id and selfie on the phone.

Same thing happened here. I can't believe that VAPI denied access to the dashboard without prior notification.
