KYC IS TAKING TOO MUCH TIME TO APPROVE
We’ve been using the account with the email ID aiautomation@ontash.net for production, but now our client is asking where the POC application we were supposed to create for him is. This is so frustrating.
I spoke to someone named Artur, and he said that the KYC verification system flagged our account as high risk because we were trying to access it from different countries.
I’m based in India, and the KYC documents are my CEO’s from new jersey. I don’t understand why this is happening, but we’ve already uploaded the documents twice.
Basically our development team is in india i am also a part of it, and the headquarters is located in USA. So u was helping my CEO who is in USA to do the KYC.
