# Call Problems - Multi-Prompt Assistant
I'm having several problems with calls made to the number linked to Vapi.
- Many times, the assistant went silent mid-conversation.
- Other times, I was speaking and he couldn't hear me.
- I'm also having trouble with him speaking English, even though I'm using his entire configuration in Brazilian Portuguese.
