Amanda begins speaking mid-sentence, making the interaction sound abrupt and robotic.
During recent inbound calls to the voice agent "Amanda", the agent does not deliver the full greeting. Instead, Amanda begins speaking mid-sentence, making the interaction sound abrupt and robotic.
This results in a poor first impression and inconsistent voice behavior. The attached audio confirms that Amanda's greeting does not start from the beginning, which may confuse callers or make her
seem unresponsive.
Agent ID: d6e0fe5e-4e1a-450e-a3bd-ae32e7438edb
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Call the phone number associated with Amanda (agent ID above).
2.Wait for the greeting to begin.
3.Observe that the greeting begins in the middle of a sentence rather than with a full introduction.
4.In multiple calls, we have observed that the interaction sounds abrupt and robotic.
Expected Behavior:
Amanda should deliver a full, clear, and professional greeting starting from the beginning of her script as soon as the call connects.
Actual Behavior:
Amanda’s greeting starts mid-sentence.
No natural conversational flow is heard.
It appears the greeting started before the caller was connected, or the audio was truncated.
