Campaign stucked "in-progress" status

Created campaign with 75 calls and campaign stucked in one status and pending 'in-progress', I see all calls are ended in this campaign.

@Vapi Team I still encounter with the issue. Sent stucked campaigns to cancellation. Need you assistance.

To address the issue of your campaign being stuck in the "in-progress" status:

Campaign Status: Check the status of your campaign using the GETGET request for your campaign ID:

   /campaign/:id

   /campaign/:id

Replace :id:id with your actual campaign ID. This will confirm the current status and may provide insight into why it's stuck.

Call Logs: Review the call logs to ensure all calls have legitimately ended. Sometimes, calls might appear ended while still being processed. You can access these logs via the Vapi Dashboard.
Concurrency Limit: If all calls are truly ended, yet the campaign is stuck, verify if your organization is hitting concurrency limits. You can review Vapi's concurrency guidelines.
Update Status: If necessary, you may try to manually update the campaign status to 'ended' using a PATCHPATCH request:

     "status": "ended"
   }

This will clear scheduled calls and may resolve the issue if they are mistakenly seen as active.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it could be related to a known bug with campaigns not proceeding after reaching a concurrency limit. A temporary solution might require increasing your concurrency limits or waiting for an update to fix the bug, as discussed in similar cases. For more detailed steps and options, refer to the campaign update documentation.

thank you for informative response. To make sure I dont hit concurrency limit, I process 70% of concurrency capabilities for my sub plan, and still I got into concurrency limits.

My flow:
I prepare calls in batches of 70 and create campaign. I don't create concurrent campaigns, then checking status of campaign when it is finished.

when I was calling 55 concurrent calls, I saw number of completed calls exceeded total calls? No idea how it happens. I wish I could quickly copy paste campaign id from UI.

If you see logical my flow, then how I can possibly reach concurrency limits and get stuck with campaigns?
