Strange Call bug Need help ASAP

Hey Guys,
Need someone from Vapi to look into this immediately.

Some of our calls have this issue where its like the tts just stops working part way through the call, at first the transcripts stop working, then the AI stops responding completely. We rely heavily on accurate transcriptions as most of the logic happens post-call.

We provide phone services using Vapi for a healthcare application with over 100 clinics using our services, it is imperative that we get to the bottom of this.
