Double call forward not picking up?
My agent is not picking up when forwarding calls from Google Voice.... need some help figuring out what to do. Here's my setup:
What limit am I hitting?
What I see on Vapi side: nothing – no calls are even attempted to my # / agent.
What I see on the Twilio side: nothing – no calls seem to be placed here.
- Verizone phone number forwards all calls to Google Voice
- Google Voice forwards calls to phone number (Twilio), which connects to my agent
- Make.com gets the assistant-request, I add a 6 second delay for the call to be picked up
