Use batch mode which queues extra calls, add retry logic via webhooks, monitor active calls to avoid exceeding the limit..

actually i have scheduled calls with 5 minutes gap between each other. then i don't know how the concurrent calls occur, even no calls happen.

Try set a slightly wider window 6–7 mins to ensure it’s picked up..
