We're reporting an unexpected issue with our AI agent. For a period of approximately 6 hours, the agent stopped functioning properly. During this interval:
No audio from the caller was captured.
The agent did not play its initial greeting message.
The conversation never started.
As context, the agent's configuration hasn't been modified for several weeks. The issue began suddenly today, and resolved itself after about 6 hours without any changes or interventions on our side.
