I call my agent but it says waiting for conversation
When I call my agent with a web call it says waiting for conversation and when I call from my phone it says application error, so I don’t think it’s Twilio. Anyone else getting this?
ETo help track down this issue, could you share one or two:
- The call ID
- When exactly this happened (the timestamp)
- What response you expected to get
- What response you actually got instead
This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

the web call now works. And I added the same number again so it has a new id and now I no longer experience the issue

UI have the same issue since yesterday. The only Agent that works rn is the one with the Custom llm
