Assistant doesn't see or doesn't understand knowledge base

Here is chat id example: 72b90113-759e-460d-be4f-8e29e80967d6

I uploaded very simple .txt file with the info:
Available Price plans
Basic price plan - 7€ monthly
Standard price plan - 23€ monthly
Pro price plan - 47€ monthly
B2B price plan - 95€ monthly

And I don't understand why Assistant can't answer simple question: "What price plans do you have?" .

I would very grateful if somebody can help me to understand what is wrong.
