Voicemail Issue - The Assistant is not leaving a voicemail properly.

I have an issue, the Vapi Assistant detected the voicemail but it did not leave any voicemail.
The Assistant started speaking the voicemail message but it hungup after even before finishing the first line.
Please let us know what to do, it is important to leave a voicemail.
