Warm transfer not working with transferCall tool
I have implemented a "transferCall" tool for my assistant. The phone call transfers reliably, which is great. However, when I turn on the "Warm Transfer with Summary" feature, no warm transfer takes place. In dozens of tests, it never does it, the connection is made immediately. Is there something more that I need to do besides the settings in the attached image?
