I need help with service

First. Not enough time to set up and test the service.
Second - created a workflow, but the agent does not adhere to the order of questions, starts making up his own ideas, asking questions that are not in the task.
I'm checking by calling from my mobile number to check how everything works. Help me figure it out

I tried to create a new workflow, the bot starts a conversation, asks up to 5 questions only once, then starts repeating them twice, makes too long pauses between the next question. Then starts repeating one question in a circle. I attach screenshots
