NEED HELP WITH DTMF
Hey guys I am trying to use DTMF through vapi but when I press one of requried digits then nothing happens, I feel like the tool doesnt get executed at all Any ideas?
KTry using voice input instead, or route the call through a provider like Twilio that supports out-of-band DTMF..
CDo you mean to say that instead of using vapi provided number? I should stick to something like twilio?
EThis because vapi free number doesn’t support call hold, transfer, or conferencing so use Twilio or SIP instead for those features..
CSo, you mean to say that if I use twilio number then this issue will most likely be resolved?
KYes it should be resolved if you use Twilio or Telnyx
