Change Email address for existing account

I'd like to continue using my current account but I need to change the mail address. I have all my workflows in there and don't want to start all over on a new account.
Is there any way to change the email address for my account?

Btw: I also can't access my account at the moment since I need to do the veriff thing. But I see no reason for a verification if I can't change the accounts email address, as a support message from someone in my other post said.

How can we solve that?
