Identity Verification Problem
I'm facing a login problems. Since yesterday I'm trying to complete the identity verification, but the process never ends.
I've tried a lot of time and with different Brazilian docs.
What Can I do?

Hey, really sorry for your experience and for your customers' bad experience as well. If possible, could you share the email your account is associated with? If it is sensitive information, DM @kylevapi and I will look into this issue
