globalPrompt<=5000 characters
Hi VAPI Team, we would love to use your service but all our prompts are larger than 5000 characters. Is there any way, to create a workflow with prompts that are larger than 5000 characters? Our largest agent has 9313 characters. So, 10k character limit would be fine for us.

If you split the prompt into multiple conversation nodes, you will be able to achieve <=5000 characters per node. Here is the documentation --> https://docs.vapi.ai/api-reference/workflow/workflow-controller-find-one#response.body.nodes.ConversationNode.prompt

I know that. The problem is we already deployed a workflow at UltraVox and ElevenLabs. Both do not have a limit. That would mean we have to redesign all our prompts, which is a significant overhead for us.
Can you provide some more information about your usecase? So, that I can push it to the team to increase the length for it.

Thank you Sahil, we are implementing a sales AI agent. Our prompts get bigger because we usually add some short example conversations (few-shot), which significantly improves agent behavior. This is necessary to make sure that the agent reacts correctly for different edge cases. For this reason, it also extremely hard to shorten these prompts. Another reason is that we write all our prompts in German and the German language is known for its long words especially in comparison to English.
