Outbound Call Failure
Hello team, I am currently experiencing very low success rate for outbound calls. Once the customer picks up the phone the phone call immediately ends. For the ended reason, at first it says "Unknown", then it says something about call.in progress.sip... (I was not able to see the complete failed reason), then a few moments later, it says that "Customer did not answer" which is not true because I certainly Andrews the phone. I even tried this with vapi's free number with template assistant and the issue persists. Is the service down at the moment? Can you look into this?
