Queries Regarding Enterprise Plan and Call Pricing
Dear Vapi Support Team,
I hope you’re doing well.
I have two quick queries regarding your services:
If I upgrade to the Enterprise Plan, will I be able to get an Indian phone number for my voice agent?
Could you please provide an estimate of the per-minute call cost for the following scenarios:
International calling from India
India to India calling
US to US calling
I’d appreciate your help in clarifying this so I can plan accordingly.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Kishan Sankar

Currently, Vapi does not support Indian phone numbers—even on the Enterprise Plan—due to TRAI regulations requiring SIP termination via an Indian server, which Vapi does not offer. For US to US calls, the cost is $0.05 per minute (Vapi fee) plus any underlying provider charges. International and India-to-India calling are not supported directly; for other countries, you can import numbers via Twilio or SIP, but rates will depend on your provider.

Vapi’s Enterprise Plan does not provide Indian phone numbers directly due to regulatory restrictions, but you can integrate one via a local SIP provider..

Hey Kishan, you have to check with Pilvo if they support SIP trunking and they let you import Indian phone numbers to Vapi. Then you can use it.
