I couldn't find any info about ElevenLabs V3 API support in VAPI or a timeline for when it might be available. Since this seems to be a specific roadmap or partnership question, I'm escalating it to a human on the team who can give you a more concrete answer.

Use 11Labs v2.5 Flash or Turbo for real-time voice apps, v3 isn’t made for live or streaming use due to high latency and non-streaming output.
