System messages are being spoken in dialogue

Hi again!
Again I have a problem, or it's just so to be.
So, during the conversation, sometimes, I'm getting messages like this talked by assistant:

Yes. Hello?
AI
Hello. This is Lily. An AI assistant calling on behalf of Dental Supply. This call is recorded for quality and training purposes. Am I speaking with CoolSmile?
User
Yeah. It is, uh, CallSmile. What's this about?
AI
Great. Tool code. Print. Default API. Default.

I wrote in prompt not to do that but still keep getting that((
Does someone know how to fix that?

Modify the prompt to only respond with the tool result. Whenever you need to use the tool to fetch information, use a prompt similar to this example:

"Use the 'coldcallsknowledgebase_tool' to give a high-level description of what Dental Supply does. Do not emit 'tool_code' or any technical information when initiating the tool call"
