Issues with the web call feature on workflows
Currently I am trying out the workflows feature. I created a basic workflow but for some reason the web call isn't working, Please could you help?

Suggestion:
Make sure your workflow is fully configured and saved—every node must be connected and configured, with no dangling nodes. If any node is not properly attached, the system will not allow saving, and the web call feature may not work.
After checking this, try clicking the "Call" button in the dashboard to test your workflow.

so just testing the workflow with a super simple flow. It gets stuck in the first conversation.

I think there is a issue with the transcriber integration to the workflow, seems to be an error. I'm using google and deepgram and have enough credits on both.

but there isn't a way for you connect your assistant to your workflow, its one or the other
the assistant you just create a uber prompt and leverage the llms ability to converse with the user
the workflow seems like we manage the flow in a more structured manner.
i remember it was like this before the update where you select the workflow for the agent but its not like this now from what I see.

Hey @MK, it was a temporary transcriber issue coming from the provider side can you try again and let me know how it goes for you?

the transcription is not being processed
tried with google which works with the assistant
however now its responding back to silences as it cant pick up the transcription in the request
like are you still there, is everything ok etc
Hey, really sorry for your experience. If possible, could you record a loom video describing this error/behavior or inconsistency in the dashboard with the steps to reproduce it? That way, I can share this with my team, and we'll take a look. We'll even try to reproduce the same so we can fix it for you.

hey is it possible just to create a hello world workflow from your end and add it to my profile so I can test it?
also state which llm, voice, transcriber combination i should use?
i really want this to work lol, as the workflow feature you guys have also have api available which will allow me to productise my agency service quite alot.

Hey Mayur, if you visit our VAPI dashboard and click on "Create a workflow," you will see the three default templates. Using them, you can continue playing out with them and eventually create the workflows from scratch. This will solve your issues of the "Hello World" workflow and which LLM or AI models to be used. Let me know if you require further help.
