We are currently dealing with a client who are handling their inbound voice calls through Genesys Cloud so we are exploring the possibility of routing these calls to Vapi AI. Our objective is to leverage Vapi's AI capabilities to handle and respond to incoming voice interactions that originate from our Genesys system.
Could you please confirm if there is any existing integration between Vapi AI and Genesys Cloud? If not, do you provide any APIs or mechanisms that would allow us to forward or bridge calls from Genesys to Vapi?
Any documentation, technical guidance, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
