Bug? Charged for full minute for a call that only lasts 5 seconds?
so I've read through the docs and can't find anything on this, my agents costs per minute is about 20 cents, but even though the call only lasts about 10-20 seconds, every call is charged 20 cents. is this a bug or is it normal to be charged immediately a minute for every call regardless of the duration?
