Inconsistent with Pronounciation

Hi @Vapi team,
Our assistant is not consistently pronouncing a specific word correctly.

I've been able to get the Assistant to say it correctly on one call, only because I said the word first and corrected her. Any other time, she pronounces incorrect.

0:09: reference to myself saying the word correctly (this is how Assistant should pronounce it)
00:20: Assistant pronounces incorrect
00:56: Assistant pronounces close to correct
  • which is an indication to me that it is in her vocab
e have tested with so many variations and the one she finally said the word closest to correct was using "ka-PAL-uh-baa".
All other calls and conversations she keeps reverting back to the incorrect pronounciation in the call example above.

Any suggested on how to get this right?
