I'm experiencing a significant billing discrepancy where the call durations shown in my dashboard don't match the actual conversation lengths in transcripts and logs.

Issue Summary:
- Dashboard shows calls lasting 6-10 minutes
- Actual conversation transcripts and my local recordings show calls lasting 3-4 minutes
- This is resulting in approximately 2x billing overcharge
- Issue occurs consistently across multiple calls
- Using Vapi WebSocket Transport for all calls
