Help!! Play.ht voices cloned voices are not syncing!
I disconnected my credentials and set new ones and it’s saying it’s correct but the sync refuses to sync my custom voices even though it’s been 7 hours+ since I changed it and attempted many resyncs through the voice library!
I need this fixed cause I have active client agents that I can update because it’s throwing error due to agent voice config or else the voice will change

Since your PlayHT custom voices are still not syncing after updating credentials and multiple resync attempts, the best next step is to contact Vapi support directly for urgent assistance:

How much time are you talking? this is a major issues with custom voices not syncing
Hey, really sorry for your experience. If possible, could you record a loom video describing this error/behavior or inconsistency in the dashboard with the steps to reproduce it? That way, I can share this with my team, and we'll take a look. We'll even try to reproduce the same so we can fix it for you.

I revoked the Secret key in Play.ht and removed it from Vapi and added the new one in Vapi. As soon as i did that (On multiple organizations) none of our play.ht custom voices were syncing.
Here is just 1 org ID its doing it on but its doing it on all of them =:

At this time, there is no official ETA for when the PlayHT custom voice syncing issue will be resolved. The Vapi team has acknowledged the bug and is collecting more details to investigate, but no timeline has been provided. For now, the best course of action is to continue sharing any requested information (like Loom videos and org IDs) with support and consider using ElevenLabs as a temporary workaround. If an update or ETA becomes available, it will likely be communicated by the Vapi team directly.
